Terms of service

Who we are

GoonerTube (goonertube.fun) is operated by GoonerTube, Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Contact: legal@goonertube.fun. These terms apply to everyone who visits or uses GoonerTube, GoonerFans and the GoonerTube Wallet.

Adults only

By entering you confirm that you are 18 or older and that viewing adult content is legal where you are. We do not check viewers' ID. The site is labelled RTA (Restricted to Adults) so parental-control and filtering software can block it: please use it if minors can access your devices.

Your account

Keep your login secure and turn on two-factor authentication. One person per account. Accounts created to farm rewards are closed and their rewards forfeited.

What is never allowed

Any content involving anyone under 18 or anyone appearing to be; non-consensual content; content uploaded without every performer's verified consent; real people who did not take part; illegal content of any kind. We take it offline, suspend the account, keep the evidence and report it to the Dutch hotline Offlimits and the police (and to NCMEC where it applies).

Rewards

$GOONER has not launched yet. Once it does, points and $GOONER rewards depend on ad revenue and may change or stop. Fraud, bots, multiple accounts or manipulation void rewards. Rewards are not wages or investment returns.

Payments

GoonerTube accepts crypto only: SOL, USDC and USDT on Solana, held in your GoonerTube Wallet. There are no card payments. Transfers on Solana cannot be reversed.

Reporting & appeals

Anyone can report content at /report. We explain every moderation decision and you can appeal within six months. Reports about minors or non-consensual content take the content offline immediately while we review it.

Changes

We may update these terms. We tell signed-in users about material changes before they apply. Dutch law applies; the courts of Amsterdam have jurisdiction, without taking away the rights consumers have where they live.
