Who is responsible

GoonerTube, Amsterdam, the Netherlands, is the controller of your personal data. Contact our privacy team at legal@goonertube.fun.

What we collect

Account details (username, email if you give one, password hash, two-factor settings); a cookie recording that you confirmed you are 18 or older; for creators, the ID photos, selfie, legal name and date of birth you submit for our ID check; viewing activity needed to run the site and, once $GOONER launches, to calculate rewards; hashed network identifiers for fraud prevention (raw IP addresses are not stored); your GoonerTube Wallet balance, deposits, withdrawals and payments; and the Solana wallet addresses you link or withdraw to.

Creator ID checks

Creators and performers are ID-checked by our own trained trust & safety staff, not by an outside provider. Your legal name and date of birth are stored encrypted; the ID photos and selfie are kept in a private storage bucket that is never public. Only our trust & safety team can open them, and every view is logged. We use them only to confirm that you are an adult and who you are, to keep the age and consent records the law requires, and to answer lawful requests from authorities.

Sensitive data

Your use of an adult site can reveal information about your sex life, a special category of data under GDPR Art. 9. We process it only with your explicit consent and keep it to the minimum.

Retention

View sessions: 13 months. Notifications: 90 days. Raw IP addresses: never stored. Creator ID data: while your creator account is active, and afterwards for as long as the law requires age and consent records to be kept for published content; then it is deleted. Rejected ID submissions are kept only as long as needed to handle a resubmission or a dispute. Financial records (ledger, deposits, withdrawals, payments): as long as bookkeeping and anti-money-laundering rules require. Material we report to the authorities is kept until they or our lawyer tell us we may delete it.

Who processes your data

DigitalOcean (servers and file storage in Amsterdam, the Netherlands), Bunny.net (video and image delivery through its CDN) and Helius (Solana network access for wallet deposits and withdrawals; it sees wallet addresses and transactions, which are public on Solana anyway). Each processes data only on our instructions under a data processing agreement. We do not sell your data or use advertising trackers.
