Consent & records compliance

Verified performers

Every person appearing in content on GoonerTube is identity- and age-verified by GoonerTube's trust & safety team, who check a government ID, a selfie with that ID, the legal name and the date of birth, before their content can be published.

Consent records

We keep a record of each performer's consent to recording and publication, linked to each video. Co-performers confirm their own consent from their account. Studio partners upload a release for every scene.

Review before publication

Every upload, post, paid message and message attachment is reviewed in full by a trained moderator before anyone else can see it.

Suspected abuse material

Anything that might show a minor is taken offline at once with the uploader's other content, the account is suspended, and the material is kept as evidence (never deleted, staff-only access) and reported to Offlimits, the Dutch hotline, and to the police.

Records custodian

Records are held by the Custodian of Records of GoonerTube at its registered office in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Requests from authorities: legal@goonertube.fun.
